THE FUNERAL OF JOHN MARSHALL


The funeral for John Evans Marshall will take place on Thursday 11th September 2003 at 12.30 pm at Alexandra Road Congregational Church, Hemel Hempstead, Herts. The committal will take place after the service at Woodwells Cemetery. All are welcome. As soon as we are able to, we will post details of directions and parking in the vicinity. Please note that parking near the church will be extremely limited.

The family would like to thank once again all those who have posted messages on the website and written letters and cards. We continue to be encouraged and comforted by the knowledge that Dad was as special to so many others as he was to us.

We are in the process of establishing a charitable trust in Dad's memory. The purpose of this trust will be to distribute all funds given in Dad's memory to Christian causes which were close to Dad's heart. These will include the following;

Ministers, especially those in difficult situations

Christians in Eastern Europe or Muslim countries

Open Air preaching

Christian literature
